We recently rented an airplane and did a little sightseeing. What we've come up with is a great aerial view of Stratford. Not a cheesy map like your used to but, a real photo. You can adjust the image to move around town. You can zoom in. You can zoom out.

The default view shows Kennedy Hospital on the right side. The bend in the road near the middle is East Atlantic Avenue. Near the top-left, the Swim Club pool should be visible on your screen.

Actually, we didn't take the pictures. They are from the U.S. Geological Survey.

And they're pretty cool.

So, if you've been away for a while and maybe people don't believe everything you've told them, or you just want to check out the old stomping grounds, check this out. The default view (circa. 1995) shows Atlantic Ave. (with the bend in the road). To the right is Kennedy Hospital. Toward the upper left is the Swim Club. The intersection at the top left is Vassar and Atlantic. Note: the image you originally see may be smaller and you may not see everything I mentioned here. Use the green arrow (pan direction) buttons, the zoom buttons and the size buttons to change the image and see the whole town, area, state, or whatever you want.

Or, if you want a quick look, click here (local server page, shows everything described above but, cannot be changed)

P.S.  This is probably the coolest site our crack Research Crew has found in a while.
